We are super excited that you are joining us for 3 days of amazing insights from a group of people that we can’t wait to share with you.
To get you started immediately, we put together a quick 3 ways to feel better right now!
1) Sit on the Earth
Turns out the hippies were right!
So much of our modern lifestyle takes us away from life's essentials like connecting with the Earth. Unlike harmful man-generated electromagnetic fields, the Earth has a frequency (called the Schumann Resonance) that harmonizes systems in our bodies. So, sit in the dirt. Take off your shoes. Lie on the beach. Bring a blanket and stay away from tall grass : )
It's free. It's easy and it feels so good!
"When we attune to the earth’s electric potential, we soak up negatively-charged electrons that neutralize free radicals in our bodies. Many of Earthing’s benefits, such as chronic pain relief and faster wound recovery, may simply result from reduction of free radical activity and inflammation, which frees up the immune system to perform other reparations. Other antioxidant benefits such as lowered blood pressure and better circulation may also result from the blood thinning effect of grounding. While reduced inflammation may also explain improved sleep and lessened menstrual symptoms, these benefits may also be due to Earthing’s favorable effect on the autonomic nervous system (ANS), which leads to greater overall hormonal balance"

2) Give Thanks
Yes, gratitude is getting a lot attention these days, but for good reason. Tuning into just 3 things that you are grateful for in your life, shifts your thought pattern from the feeling of "loss" or "not having" to a sense of wholeness. Hint: start with the very basics, i.e. “I have clean running water”... You'll be amazed at just how good you have it.
3) Be of Service
Sometimes we can get so consumed by our own pain and suffering that we forget that others are often in need too. Try to get outside yourself and be of service, even if all you can do is offer a kind word.
Oh, and really, let's not forget about Spontaneous Laughter.
These 12 Core Principles are timeless and universal. Don't miss a single one...
Here’s a quick recap of our 12 topics covering each Core Principle to Live More:
1) Health Begins in the Gut -- Caroline Barringer
One of the most indisputable factors for healing is the state of your gut, which encompasses your ability to absorb nutrients from your food and eliminate toxins from your body. A healthy gut increases your energy and reduces your overall body inflammation. Caroline's own health challenges led her to many years of study and research relating to the direct connection between diet and the strength of the internal bio-system - a connection, which the world of modern medicine doesn't often consider as a major factor contributing to dis-ease.
2) Clear Brain Fog and Boost Energy with Superfoods -- Dave Asprey
Guess what. Coffee and butter are superfoods. Really. Dave will take you through his Lyme journey and show you how he increased his IQ, lost weight, and beat brain fog. Whats else do we need to say? Awesome!
3) Detox: No Treatment Without It -- Marc Weill
So much focus in chronic illness and Lyme Disease is spent on what we can take. What if the key to feeling well is instead what we can take away and release from our systems. When your body is clogged up with toxins, the bugs grow and symptoms increase significantly. Opening up your detox pathways is the cornerstone to relief and dramatically increased results.
4) Detox Your Home to Detox Your Self -- Beth Greer
So often we spend countless dollars on supplements and protocols to be healthier, and yet we unwittingly allow ourselves to be surrounded by toxins - especially in our very home! Beth Greer will show you how easy it can be.

6) How To Tell Your Story To Heal -- Connie Strasheim
Lyme stories are sad with a recurring theme of loss. Today we will explore why telling that story over and over reaffirms the self-identity of illness. But what if we could let that story go and consider how Lyme Disease has actually helped to transform us into a better version of ourselves? Connie Strasheim shows us how to re-write our story of loss into a story of hidden gifts.
7) Work Out Work In: Insights from Dr. Quiet -- Paul Chek
Exercise and movement is a foundational component to health, but what are we supposed to do when we barely have the energy to get out of the house? Consider working in instead of working out. Paul Chek shares simple and easy techniques on how to cultivate more energy for healing through simple movement, active rest, and a reminder that our physical muscles aren't our only muscles.
8) Tap Your Way to a Healthier Future -- Julie Schiffman
When we are in the grips of illness we are almost always experiencing a negative emotion like fear, anger, frustration, anxiety (or all of the above!) on top of feeling ill. In the process, stress hormones are released and only add to our fatigue. Learn how this repetitive stress effects your ability to heal, and how to take action to stop that stress pattern in its tracks by accessing the nervous system directly through a tried and true technique.
9) Electro-Magnetic fields, Mental Fields, and Your Immune System -- Dr. Klinghardt

How does this constant fear affect us on a daily basis? Learn how choosing positive fields can shift your health and understand the power of love and faith.
10) Exploring the Un-Truth of Illness -- Dr. Beth McDougall
Join us with Dr. Beth McDougall as we explore the bigger picture of illness and consider how it can be so much more than just a diagnosis. The effects of illness can strip your outer life apart. But who you truly are and are meant to be cannot be lost. In fact, your life's purpose can be revealed through the healing process.
11) The Fight vs Deep Surrender -- Dana Walsh
We are conditioned to fight when threatened, but fighting takes a tremendous amount of energy, especially when the "enemy" is invisible to the eye.
