2) Give Thanks

Yes, gratitude is getting a lot attention these days, but for good reason. Tuning into just 3 things that you are grateful for in your life, shifts your thought pattern from the feeling of "loss" or "not having" to a sense of wholeness. Hint: start with the very basics, i.e. “I have clean running water”... You'll be amazed at just how good you have it.

3) Be of Service

Sometimes we can get so consumed by our own pain and suffering that we forget that others are often in need too. Try to get outside yourself and be of service, even if all you can do is offer a kind word.
