A great place to start with Essential Oils
No one can deny the power of Essential Oils for healing. There are many good companies out there. We like Young Living Oils. They've been around a very long time. Use your favorites, but use your oils.
We use these oils in different parts of the cleanse. Essential oils are not required for this Cleanse, but they can add another dimension.

About Essential Oils:
Essential oils have also been used for thousands of years for cosmetic purposes, as well as for their spiritually and emotionally uplifting properties. Young Living has always been at the forefront of bringing this ancient tradition to modern users, introducing millions to a total mind/body wellness they may never have dreamed possible.
Primarily extracted through careful steam distillation but also through cold pressing, the purest essential oils are far more powerful than the botanicals from which they were extracted. Any time you hold a bottle of our powerful essential oils, you are holding nature's pure essence.
Each essential oil’s complex, pleasant, and unique scent activates the limbic system—the brain’s center of emotion and memory—differently. Essential oils can be your key to a more fulfilling and balanced emotional life.

More About Essential Oils (Important):
Essential oils are very powerful! (Please register for these videos to understand the best way to use oils.) http://wisdom.floracopeia.com/
Essential oils are very concentrated. Always dilute your oils. Do not ingest an oil unless you are working with a healthcare practitioner or are very familiar with the oils. When applying to the skin, dilute in a carrier oil like coconut, olive or jojoba oil. Diffusing oils are a wonderful way to get them into your life.
Like foods, oils are either "warm or hot" like the Sun/Yang (i.e. cinnamon, clove, oregano ) others are "cooling" like the moon Yin (i.e. lavender, rose). Citrus oils can cause photosensitivity.
"Hot" oils should be diluted and used with caution. The florals are far more gentle, but should be diluted as well.
