Chia Berry
For a proper Blueberry Storm.
Chia Berry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 TB Chia
- 1 Cup frozen Blueberries
- 2 TB Coconut Milk Powder (We prefer this brand because you can use it in small doses instead of a can, plus they use non-GMO Yucca Maltodextrin, and does not use guar gum, which can cause stomach upset in some people)
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Powder
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon to taste
- 3-5 drops of Stevia
- 1 1/4 cups of warm water
- Mix chia and all ingredients well in 1 cup of warm water
- Topping: Blend 1 cup of frozen blueberries mixed with 1/4 cup of warm water and a few drops of stevia. Add on top of chia pudding above. Eat warm as a porridge.
- Ingredients: ( 1 1/2) cups coconut milk (preferred), almond milk, hemp milk , (4) drops liquid stevia (preferred) or tbsp of honey , (3) tsp pure vanilla extract , (6-8) tbsp high quality chia seeds (like Mila), Nuts, berries, fruit, coconut flakes for topping (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a Mason jar or any container with a tight lid
- Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight
- Add toppings when ready to eat
- Store up to 5 days
