Chia Berry Recipe

  • 2 TB Chia
  • 1 Cup frozen Blueberries
  • 2 TB Coconut Milk Powder (We prefer this brand because you can use it in small doses instead of a can, plus they use non-GMO Yucca Maltodextrin, and does not use guar gum, which can cause stomach upset in some people)
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Powder
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon to taste
  • IMG_2567
